The Wake Forest Historical Museum congratulates our friends from Wake Forest Baptist Church for the publication of Our Story of Faith: The History of Wake Forest Baptist Church, 1835-2015 by Dr. Timothy Shaun Price and published by Mercer University Press. The history of Wake Forest Baptist Church is intertwined with the histories of Wake Forest University, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and the Town of Wake Forest. Beginning with a prayer meeting among students on the Wake Forest College campus, the church’s 180-year history is captured in this new book.
