New Giving Levels for Museum Members

More than a decade has passed since the Wake Forest College Birthplace Society last increased its membership levels, a period during which the cost of operating the museum has steadily increased. Apart from hikes in the price of normal utilities, services, and routine supplies, the Society in 2010 began operating the new 7,000 square foot museum facility. This past summer, construction of a much-needed artifact storage room was completed. For these reasons, the annual membership dues reflect new levels of giving. Although the Society receives generous annual support from Wake Forest University in the form of staff salaries and maintenance of the historic Calvin Jones House, the museum can not continue without also raising funds. Your membership dues and donations pay the electric bill, water the lovely Brewer-Harris Garden, fund new exhibits, and keep the museum operating. With your support it will continue to operate for many years to come.
